Each quarter, Knight Federal’s Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) award for the Suffolk, VA location recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of employees towards Knight Federal’s goals and mission. Knight Federal recognizes that driven and loyal employees empower an organization. This fourth quarter the award recipient covers October-December 2019 is Kenneth Rodgers.
Kenneth is one of four individuals that will receive the award each year. The honor is awarded the beginning of April, July, October and December during the Christmas party for an outstanding employee from the three preceding months.
EOQ 2019 Winner:
October – December – Kenneth Rodgers
Kenneth Rodgers has been awarded this recognition for exceptional efforts during the quarter of October through December 2019. Ever since he has started work with Knight Federal Solutions he has been fighting adversity. In his first few months, he and his family suffered the loss of two family members. In this past year, he was a keynote speaker for a college, received his doctorate in mechanical engineering and promotes a national education program called S.T.E.M (Science Technical Engineering Mathematics) for the inner city youth in Norfolk. During all this, Kenneth continues to provide support to NAVFAC Mid Altantic CI43 Mechanical Engineering Group on such projects as P-777 Marine Corps Reserve Center, P-102 Building 370 Renovation and P-3001 ATFP Perimeter Security. Kenneth is dedicated to his work and believes in doing a good job no matter what the world puts in front of you. His exceptional performance during this period is a credit to Knight Federal Solutions and the Navy Tech Support Team.
