Our quality assurance process is an adaption of the Deming Cycle, following the DESMF, in which we will: Plan, Do, Study, and Act. In our “Plan” stage we will develop a Service Quality Plan (SQP). The SQP will establish the framework for our quality plans and feature the customer’s involvement or use of the quality plan outlined in the SOW. During this stage we will outline the standards of quality for the project. In the “Do” stage we will develop the metrics to measure quality throughout the project. Our team will work with the functional and process managers to ensure the metrics are detailed in order to provide accurate accounting of the service. In the “Study” or “Check” phase our Project Manager will work with the functional and process managers to: Collect and Record Data, Evaluate Collected Data, Conduct Process Capability Assessments, Produce Assessment Deliverables, and Prioritize and Recommend Improvements. This will encompass the full range of our established SQP and enable us to know where our strengths and opportunities are on the project. Once we have a comprehensive assessment of our process we will transition to our “Act” phase in which we will coach and direct our team to make any necessary improvements to our service delivery. This cycle will continue throughout the life of the project and will be coordinated on a regular surveillance schedule in agreeance with the customer and their preference.
Our team has worked and provided quality assurance deliverables on multiple projects. All deliverables and opportunity corrections have and will always be delivered on time. The highest effort will be made to provide quality from day one and will remain steadfast throughout the delivery schedule.
