Responsibilities:

The contractor shall provide a qualified workforce to function as the lead UI/UX designer for data instrumentation and data driven analysis capability for the 805 CTS. Responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, and evaluating user requirements. Communicates with users to understand their goals and objectives. Plans and implements new designs. Optimizes existing user interface designs. Tests for intuitively and experience. Gathers and evaluates user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Designs graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Develops technical and organizational requirements and always strives to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions. Illustrates design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Develops UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Conducts layout adjustments based on user feedback. Develops and adheres to style standards for fonts, colors and images.

Qualifications:

• Must have 4+ years of experience as an UI-UX designer or similar role
• Must have knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and customer-centered
• Must maintain a Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility
• Should have a UI design portfolio
• Should be detail oriented
