Responsibilities:

The contractor shall provide USN maritime domain SME expertise across maritime operations in joint environments to the 805 CTS. Provide SME experience in multiple joint exercise and joint/USN Command and Control organizations. Experience using US Navy and joint data links, BLOS and Navy fires networks for use aboard ship or within a Command-and-Control center. Act as primary 805 CTS integration planner for USN Project Overmatch planning and development. Will support Service and COCOM exercises, demonstrations, simulations, war games and related events. Provides briefings and staff level support to out brief FLAG exercise activities, to include briefing senior leaders within the DoD. Prepares correspondence, presentations, graphics, analysis, and other documentation. Will prepare, review, edit and comment on surveys, analyses, requirements documents, and assessments.

Qualifications:

• Masters’ degree highly preferred
• Must be a former US Navy officer (O-5 or higher desired) with minimum of 10 years operational experience Department head experience desired; command of a combat ship is desired
• Must be a former US Navy Surface Warfare Officer
• Must be proficient in briefing large audiences
• Must have a Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI
